Cruising, Yachting & Racing!
Hi [firstname] [lastname]
What a great summer we have been enjoying with a fantastic attendance during the JP Morgan Round the Island Race in June, and a big thank you for the loyalty displayed by our customers who have come out on the water with us over the weeks and weekends.
Since our last newsletter in early June, we have acquired the Elan 40 ‘Passionate’, a very comfortable and quick yacht that will be competing during Skandia Cowes Week, the yacht will then be preparing for a busy schedule of Cruising to the Scilly Isles, Devon and Cornish Coasts and the usual ins and out of the Solent.
‘Passionate’ will be heading South across Biscay in September, to Spain and Portugal, taking in Madeira and then the Canary Islands, where we will have Sail Cruising opportunities around the Canary Islands available until, the ARC sets sail across the Atlantic for a winter spell in the Caribbean for Cruising and Adventure Sailing, as well, some yacht racing action during Antigua Week in April 2009.
Our new Elan 410 will be ready for action too, more about this soon.
Please have a look alongside at the links we have highlighted for up and coming events and I hope everyone is bearing up well under the strain of the credit crunch and all the dreary news. If you get fed up with it all, why not go sailing!!!
Best regards to everyone
George Haworth

Heading South for the Winter..!
Hi [firstname] [lastname]
If you’ve been unfortunate enough to have been trapped in Britain for one of the wettest Augusts in living memory, then we have the perfect tonic with the launch of
In2sail’s programme of Caribbean cruising and yacht racing.
Our Elan 40 ‘Passionate’ will be leaving the Solent in late September bound for the clear blue waters of the
Canary Islands. From October she will be based in Lanzarote where we will be offering adventure sail cruising in stunning surroundings. The Canaries provide the perfect climate for year round sail cruising and boast a wealth of breathtaking shorelines to explore, with most of the islands only a day sail away.
In November we set sail for the journey of a lifetime across the Atlantic to the Caribbean. If you have always dreamt of following in the footsteps of the great navigators and crossing the Atlantic ocean then join us as crew on what promises to be a truly remarkable voyage. The only requirements are a sense of humour and a spirit of adventure!
From mid December 2008 Passionate will be based in the exclusive Rodney Bay resort in St Lucia offering sail cruising in the tropical waters of
St Vincent and the Grenadines. With unspoilt coastlines, beautiful beaches and guaranteed wind there is no better way to escape the British winter.
February 2009 sees our Caribbean yacht racing programme begin in earnest, with participation in a series of premier regattas; the St Maarten Heineken Cup (5th-8th March), the BVI Spring Regatta (30th March-5th April), Bequia Easter regatta (9th-13th April) and Antigua race week (26th April- 2nd May). Each regatta offers the opportunity to race alongside world class yachts and yachtsmen, but in keeping with the In2sail ethos they also have an emphasis on ‘serious fun’ with fantastic evening entertainment and infamous Caribbean hospitality.
Whether cruising or racing with us you will experience a first class service from our friendly skippers and mates who will take care of every detail of your sailing experience. As ever we promise great food (I am perfecting my jerk chicken recipe..!), friendly people and the freedom to enjoy your holiday, your way.
Join us to share a once in a lifetime adventure. I look forward to welcoming you all.
Best regards to everyone
George Haworth
